Miguel is a seasoned advertising creative director and copywriter with over a decade experience in broadcast, print and direct response communications targeting the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. His talents encompass from the strategic concept development and copywriting of the communication to supervising its production. He is a skilled strategist and conceptual thinker with the ability to move a project from conception to completion.

Technology iLab Director
Lance Goudy has been in the IT industry for 20 years. In 1987 AirFone, the company responsible for the first public telephones on commercial airliners, recruited Lance to assist with a development that would change air travel communications. Lance led a team of engineers and technicians and is responsible for the design and implementation of the public airborne communications system. This complex collaboration of computer and air to ground radio technologies is now standard on over 5000 aircraft around the world.
Lance developed the curriculum for Advanced Electronics Technologies and Micro Computer Networking courses for the Computer Dynamics Institute of Virginia Beach Virginia. Under his direction the program received numerous awards and served as a model for similar programs throughout the US.
He served 9 years as a senior engineer and served two years as Network Engineering Manager. As senior engineer then manager, Lance lead a team of 8 engineers, 12 help desk technicians, and 30 developers. Projects included systems migrations, Infrastructure security, video and audio streaming, web development, E-commerce, and Voice Over IP implementations.
Lance provides consultation and engineering services to companies in the US, UK, Kenya Africa, and Australia where business verticals range from manufacturing, law and accounting firms to record, television and film production companies.

Jason has been providing creative direction and design for print and interactive media specializing in branding, print and web design. Jason’s cutting-edge approach to technology is an obsession, which has served clients well. As multimedia applications have progressed from disk-based media to the internet, with web, email and mobile devices, Jason has not only kept up, but pushed the media forward. By developing strategic, compelling visual design and concepts for clients across a range of industries, within teams of account managers, strategists, writers and developers, managing timelines and communications directly with clients.
The goal is to provide a personal approach to finding a solution and managing a project, creating an enjoyable process with guaranteed results.

Noriko McClinton grew up in Japan and earned degree in Commercial Design and Fine Art from Niigata University. Many major companies, such as Coca Cola, Mitsubishi, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and Nippon Television have used her art for their projects in Japan. Also her art has appeared in many galleries in Tokyo and is celebrated by many art collectors worldwide. Noriko transformed her Fine Art experience to meet the currently market demand, now a leading interactive creative director. She’s an award winning commercial art and fine art professional and has worked in Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.

A.C. McLean is a communications specialist, born and educated (Electrical Engineering, City & Guild) in London, UK. A.C. Maurice Kitchen is a multi-talented individual “Writer, Producer and Director has been nominated twice for the NAACP Image Award in the Producer’s Theatrical category. First for “VOICES,” the stage musical which he also wrote and directed. His second nomination was for “The Jeffersons Live On Stage,” co-produced with Dorian & Marla Gibbs, featuring the original cast from television.
His work in radio advertising, has garnered him numerous National & local 1st place Advertising Awards. The California State Lottery, Southern California Edison, People’s Gas & Electric, Countrywide Lenders, Cal Trans/Metro-Link, GTE/Verizon, County and State Departments of Health Services are among his list of Advertisers for whom he has produced ads. Kitchen enjoys a particular niche position in Health Care related marketing. His work in HIV/AIDS and childhood immunization is exemplary.
